Exchange Policy

We strive to help you pick the perfect size by using standard local sizing. However, if you need to exchange your pairs for another size, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team at 03290553457 within 07 days of purchase.
2. Return the Product: Send the item in its original box with the invoice via courier to: Office No. 402, 4th Floor, International Trade Center, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Behind UBL Main Head Office, Karachi.
3. Provide Exchange Details: Clearly mention your desired size and exchange piece on the invoice. Alternatively, you can email us at gazellepakistan1@gmail.com for assistance.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are only allowed for another size of the same style. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange the item for another style of similar value.
• If your order includes a Heel Shield please remove it from the box before returning the pair.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
• We do not process refunds or cancellations.
• Refunds or exchanges are not available for international orders.
